This month's webinar is about how we deliver and receive messages. In other words, it’s about our choice of medium and, more importantly, how we use the medium to communicate.

Do you generally assume that you are sending the message you want to others and generally assume that they are receiving your message as to intended it to be understood? In this digital age, have you realized that the way you send messages and the information that they contain has become drastically limited such that the fullness of our communication is lost?

In this webinar, we'll examine how we send information and how we receive and interpret it. We’ll use the movie CODA (Children of Deaf Adults) to look at how we attempt to communicate in sending and receiving a message. We just might find that we are more deaf or blind than we realize.

In the Group Clearing® session, we'll dive into the mechanics of an important message that each of us has tried to deliver to see whether we provided all the information needed for the recipients to truly understand what we intended to convey. We’ll also examine their responses to determine if they understood what we intended. We’ll go beyond “the medium is the message” and look at how we attempted to signal our meaning and how we received information back that confirmed that our meaning had been accurately received.
