Symbolic Processing

Symbolic Processing is a simple tool for improving our ability to manage emotional data. We can use Symbolic Processing to reduce symptoms such as anxiety, sadness, loneliness, emotional hyperreactivity, emotional overwhelm and hypersensitivity to physical stimuli.

In our webinar, we'll explore the brain’s ability to process emotional data from a state of presence, a state of observing one’s emotional reactivity without being overshadowed by it. When we use Symbolic Processing, we do not concern ourselves with the meaning of the symbols that show up; we just let the process proceed, trusting that the energy bound up in the problematic neurobehavior will be released and dissipated so that our emotional data can be utilized effectively. The strength and magic in this approach unfolds as we allow the processing to proceed as we just witness (watch) what shows up. My energy work with clients catalyzes this process, producing rapid transformation of problematic reactivity and behavior patterns.

In the Group Clearing® session, we'll each find a problematic behavior and use Symbolic Processing to distinguish the conflicted components, observe them with curiosity and compassion, and enable them to find autonomy and mutual appreciation. I’ll use my energy work to facilitate and hasten the transformation of participants’ energy tangles so that everyone can better utilize their emotional data.
